SECOND DAY OF SCHOOL INDUCTION

SCHOOL INDUCTION PROGRAMME DAY-2

October 22,2024

Today was the second day of our school visit. We arrived GHSS Jawahar School in Ayoor at 9.10 AM. We marked attendance at 9:30 AM and took our seats in the allotted room. The headmistress Deepa miss was absent today.

REFLECTION ON SCHOOL EXPERIENCE

At 10:00 AM, the school choir sang the morning prayer. After that, we met with the subject teacher to inquire about the class schedule for the day. However, due to a tight schedule, we didn't have the opportunity to observe or conduct any classes. Today was a students birthday, so she distributed chocolates and we extended our birthday wishes to her. Then we inquired at the school office about the school's profile to collect details on its facilities and resources.

By 1 PM, we assisted in serving lunch to the students as part of Midday Meal Program. Today's meal included rice, cucmber pachadi and moru curry. During the school intervals, the students played football, which promotes their physical and mental well-being. We also had the opportunity to spend time and talk with some student's during the breaks. It was a rainy afternoon and the children were excited about the rain. The school time ended at 4PM. We marked our attendance and left the school after the students had gone.

  TEACHING PRACTICE WEEK 4 : Monday (04/08/2025) to Friday (08/08/2025) REFLECTION ON SCHOOL EXPERIENCE 04/08/2025-Day 17 On the 17th day of my first phase of teaching practice, I reached the school by 9:00 am. After reporting to the office and signing the attendance register, I took up my assigned discipline duty in the High School section. Following the morning prayer, we settled in our allotted rooms. Since it was Monday, I did not have any subject hours scheduled. A little later, my concerned subject teacher, Renija Miss, entrusted me with the responsibility of completing the attendance register and the Noon Feeding attendance register for her class. A VISIT TO BUDS SCHOOL AND REHABILITATION CENTER

VISIT TO BUDS SCHOOL – A HEARTWARMING EXPERIENCE January 30,2025 As part of our NSS activities, we had the wonderful opportunity to visit Buds School at Alayamon Panchayat. It was an enriching and entertaining experience that left a lasting impression on all of us. We, a group of 43 NSS volunteers along with our teachers Jaseena Miss, Sreedevi Miss, and Prathibha Miss, traveled to the school . We reached the school at 10:30 AM and were warmly welcomed by the students and teachers. Due to space constraints, we arranged the seating outside, ensuring a comfortable setup for all. Our friend Aravind introduced us to the students, and soon we learned about their remarkable achievements. Many of them had participated in Kalolsavam and won great honors, proving their exceptional talents.
