INAGURATION OF RADIO STATION AND YOUTUBE CHANNEL

The inauguration of the Amicovox Radio Station took place on November 22, 2024, at 9:45 AM in the General Hall. The idea for the radio station was first proposed by the first-year B.Ed. students on behalf of the College Union, Druta, with the goal of encouraging entertainment activities and bringing every student to the forefront of communication.

The event began with an introduction by the anchor, Silla, who welcomed Prathibha Miss to unveil the name of our radio station, alongside Principal Roy Sir. The creative decorations for the event were done by Ammulekshmi. Prathibha Miss and Roy Sir shared their thoughts, congratulating the creative minds behind Amicovox. Principal Roy Sir officially inaugurated the radio station by cutting the ribbon, and all teachers and students were present to be part of the celebration.

The first radio presentation was done during the lunch break by RJ Ashwathy and RJ Riya, who presented a humorous and comic recap of the events of the week in college. Ashna also performed a song, adding to the entertainment. It was a fun-filled experience, and we decided to continue these presentations every Friday, department-wise. We’re excited for more engaging and entertaining radio content!

  TEACHING PRACTICE WEEK 4 : Monday (04/08/2025) to Friday (08/08/2025) REFLECTION ON SCHOOL EXPERIENCE 04/08/2025-Day 17 On the 17th day of my first phase of teaching practice, I reached the school by 9:00 am. After reporting to the office and signing the attendance register, I took up my assigned discipline duty in the High School section. Following the morning prayer, we settled in our allotted rooms. Since it was Monday, I did not have any subject hours scheduled. A little later, my concerned subject teacher, Renija Miss, entrusted me with the responsibility of completing the attendance register and the Noon Feeding attendance register for her class. VISIT TO BUDS SCHOOL – A HEARTWARMING EXPERIENCE January 30,2025 As part of our NSS activities, we had the wonderful opportunity to visit Buds School at Alayamon Panchayat. It was an enriching and entertaining experience that left a lasting impression on all of us. We, a group of 43 NSS volunteers along with our teachers Jaseena Miss, Sreedevi Miss, and Prathibha Miss, traveled to the school . We reached the school at 10:30 AM and were warmly welcomed by the students and teachers. Due to space constraints, we arranged the seating outside, ensuring a comfortable setup for all. Our friend Aravind introduced us to the students, and soon we learned about their remarkable achievements. Many of them had participated in Kalolsavam and won great honors, proving their exceptional talents.
