JAGAPOKA- FRESHERS DAY

 FRESHERS DAY CELEBRATIONS

SEPTEMBER 10, 2024

On September 10th, our college celebrated Freshers' Day, "Jagapoka," with enthusiasm and joy. The event, organized by second-year students, aimed to warmly welcome us the first-year students.

The program began at 10:00 AM, filled with excitement. We arrived in creative costumes inspired by popular movie characters, adding color and energy to the celebration. The hall was beautifully decorated with vibrant posters of iconic movie characters. I was costumed as one of the three chocolate girls. Each and every one of first year students performed their characters. The event featured lively performances by the second-year students, including dances and songs. This was followed by an introduction session, where the new students introduced themselves, marking the start of their journey. They also gave some interesting games and challenges for us. A fun dub smash program brought laughter and entertainment to all. The celebration included the presence of our teachers, principal, and students from both years, creating a warm and inclusive atmosphere. To conclude, the second-years hosted a delicious lunch, making the us feel truly welcomed and part of the college community. It was a memorable day.
