On September 12th, our college celebrated Onam with great joy and enthusiasm. Various committees, including program, decoration, food, and cleaning, were formed to ensure the event's success.

Students arrived by 8:30 AM and began decorating the hall at 9:00 AM. Together, they created a beautiful Athapookalam and a miniature swing near the stage, setting a festive tone. The celebration began at 11:00 AM, with the principal, teachers, staff, and students from both years gathered in the hall. The founder chairman, Dr. V K Jayakumar, and Sabareesh Jayakumar formally inaugurated the event. Dr. V K Jayakumar delivered an inspiring speech, followed by words of encouragement from our principal, Dr. Roy G. The event included exciting games like Sundarikku Pottu Thodal and Kasera Kali, which sparked friendly competition between the first and second-year students. A well-costumed Maveli added to the festive charm. Onam-themed performances, such as group songs, dances, and Thiruvathira, enriched the celebration.

A delicious Sadya was served in the afternoon, delighting everyone. The highlight of the day was the tug-of-war, where the second-year students emerged victorious and received a bunch of bananas as a prize. The program concluded by 3:30 PM, with all students enthusiastically completing their tasks. The Onam celebration was a memorable day, filled with joy, teamwork, and a strong sense of community.

  TEACHING PRACTICE WEEK 4 : Monday (04/08/2025) to Friday (08/08/2025) REFLECTION ON SCHOOL EXPERIENCE 04/08/2025-Day 17 On the 17th day of my first phase of teaching practice, I reached the school by 9:00 am. After reporting to the office and signing the attendance register, I took up my assigned discipline duty in the High School section. Following the morning prayer, we settled in our allotted rooms. Since it was Monday, I did not have any subject hours scheduled. A little later, my concerned subject teacher, Renija Miss, entrusted me with the responsibility of completing the attendance register and the Noon Feeding attendance register for her class. VISIT TO BUDS SCHOOL – A HEARTWARMING EXPERIENCE January 30,2025 As part of our NSS activities, we had the wonderful opportunity to visit Buds School at Alayamon Panchayat. It was an enriching and entertaining experience that left a lasting impression on all of us. We, a group of 43 NSS volunteers along with our teachers Jaseena Miss, Sreedevi Miss, and Prathibha Miss, traveled to the school . We reached the school at 10:30 AM and were warmly welcomed by the students and teachers. Due to space constraints, we arranged the seating outside, ensuring a comfortable setup for all. Our friend Aravind introduced us to the students, and soon we learned about their remarkable achievements. Many of them had participated in Kalolsavam and won great honors, proving their exceptional talents.
