World Hearing Day was celebrated at Sabarigiri College of Education, Anchal, on March 6, 2025, as part of the NSS activities. Although the official day is observed on March 3, the college organized an engaging and interactive event to raise awareness about hearing health. The program aimed to educate students on the importance of ear care while incorporating fun and entertainment. Anchored by Suja and Prathibha, the event included a series of informative presentations, exciting competitions, and lively games that kept participants engaged throughout the session.

The program began with a video presentation followed by a PowerPoint presentation by Ammulekshmi, highlighting key facts about hearing health and ways to protect it. The principal, Dr. Roy, delivered an inspiring speech on the significance of World Hearing Day and emphasized the need for preventive measures against hearing loss. The event also featured a Dubsmash competition that added a creative and entertaining element to the celebration.
