Weekend Reflection – Week 8

On Saturday, September 27, 2025, the Natural Science Department of Sabarigiri College of Education conducted its weekly reflection meeting via Google Meet from 8:25 p.m. to 8:45 p.m. This session marked the eighth week of our teaching practice, where all teacher trainees shared their valuable school experiences.

We were instructed to conduct an achievement test on the 9th or 10th of September and to complete our innovative work. We were also reminded that the next reflective session would be held on the coming Saturday at the college. Our teacher provided us with guidance and essential instructions, and further reminded us that Phase One of our teaching practice had been extended until October 10.

The session concluded at 8:45 p.m.

  TEACHING PRACTICE WEEK 4 : Monday (04/08/2025) to Friday (08/08/2025) REFLECTION ON SCHOOL EXPERIENCE 04/08/2025-Day 17 On the 17th day of my first phase of teaching practice, I reached the school by 9:00 am. After reporting to the office and signing the attendance register, I took up my assigned discipline duty in the High School section. Following the morning prayer, we settled in our allotted rooms. Since it was Monday, I did not have any subject hours scheduled. A little later, my concerned subject teacher, Renija Miss, entrusted me with the responsibility of completing the attendance register and the Noon Feeding attendance register for her class. A VISIT TO BUDS SCHOOL AND REHABILITATION CENTER

VISIT TO BUDS SCHOOL – A HEARTWARMING EXPERIENCE January 30,2025 As part of our NSS activities, we had the wonderful opportunity to visit Buds School at Alayamon Panchayat. It was an enriching and entertaining experience that left a lasting impression on all of us. We, a group of 43 NSS volunteers along with our teachers Jaseena Miss, Sreedevi Miss, and Prathibha Miss, traveled to the school . We reached the school at 10:30 AM and were warmly welcomed by the students and teachers. Due to space constraints, we arranged the seating outside, ensuring a comfortable setup for all. Our friend Aravind introduced us to the students, and soon we learned about their remarkable achievements. Many of them had participated in Kalolsavam and won great honors, proving their exceptional talents.
