DAY 7- COMMUNITY LIVING CAMP

  Day 7 of Community Living Camp and NSS Camp Date: 15-01-2026 (Thursday) Day 7, the final day of the NSS and Community Living Camp, began at 5.30 am with wake up, followed by tea. The morning session included Yoga and Zumba, helping the volunteers stay refreshed and energetic. After freshening up and having breakfast, an assembly and reflection session was held from 8.45 am to 9.30 am, reflecting on the experiences and learnings of Day 6. From 9.30 am to 1.00 pm, an interaction session was conducted with Smt. Jasmi Manjoor, Ward Member, Anchal Grama Panchayat. The session was informative and inspiring, providing insights into local governance, social responsibility, and community development. Lunch was served from 1.00 pm to 2.00 pm. Day 6 of Community Living Camp and NSS Camp Date: 14-01-2026 (Wednesday) Day 6 of the NSS and Community Living Camp began at 5.30 am with wake up, followed by tea. The morning session included Yoga and Zumba, which helped the volunteers stay active and focused. After freshening up and having breakfast, an assembly and reflection session was conducted from 8.45 am to 9.30 am, reflecting on the experiences of Day 5. From 9.30 am to 1.00 pm, a Fire and Rescue Awareness Class was organized. After freshening up and having breakfast, an assembly and reflection session was held from 8.45 am to 9.30 am, focusing on the activities and experiences of Day 4. From 9.30 am to 12.30 pm, the volunteers participated in a community visit, which provided an opportunity to interact with the local residents and understand their lifestyle, needs, and challenges. Day 4 of Community Living Camp and NSS Camp Date: 12-01-2026 (Monday)   Day 4 of the NSS and Community Living Camp began early in the morning with wake up at 5.30 am, followed by tea. The morning session included Yoga and Zumba, which helped the volunteers refresh both physically and mentally. After freshening up and having breakfast, an assembly and reflection session was held, where the activities of Day 3 were reviewed and reflected upon. From 9.30 am to 1.00 pm, a theatre workshop titled Thrillorama was conducted by R. Kiran Bodhi, Assistant Professor, St. Cyril’s College, Adoor. The session was highly engaging and interactive, helping participants explore creativity, expression, and teamwork through theatre activities. This was followed by lunch from 1.00 pm to 2.00 pm.   Day 3 of Community Living Camp and NSS Camp Date: 11-01-2026 (Sunday) Day 3 of the NSS and Community Living Camp followed a disciplined and systematic routine. The day began at 5.30 am with wake up, followed by tea from 5.45 am to 6.15 am. From 6.15 am to 7.15 am, a Yoga/Zumba session was conducted, which helped the volunteers stay energetic and refreshed. This was followed by fresh up and breakfast from 7.15 am to 8.30 am. The morning assembly and reflection session on the experiences of Day 2 was held from 8.45 am to 9.30 am. From 9.30 am to 1.00 pm, a Community Health Camp (Jeevamrutham) was conducted, hosted by Sabarigiri Multi-speciality Hospital, Anchal. The camp was highly beneficial to the local community, providing medical check-ups and health guidance. Lunch was served from 1.00 pm to 2.00 pm. DAY 2- COMMUNITY LIVING CAMP

Day 2 of Community Living Camp and NSS Camp Date: 10-01-2026 (Saturday) Day 2 of the NSS camp followed a well-organized and disciplined schedule. The day began early at 5.30 am with wake up, followed by tea at 5.45 am. From 6.15 am to 7.15 am, a Yoga/Zumba session was conducted, which helped the volunteers stay active and refreshed. By 7.15 am, the volunteers completed fresh up and had breakfast. The morning assembly was held from 8.45 am to 9.30 am, along with a reflection session on the experiences of Day 1. At 9.30 am, a Community Health Camp (Jeevamrutham) was organized, hosted by Sabarigiri Multi-speciality Hospital, Anchal. The programme was highly beneficial and focused on improving community health awareness. Lunch was served from 1.00 pm to 2.00 pm. In the afternoon, from 2.00 pm to 4.00 pm, an awareness class on snake bite, its primary treatment, prevention, and precautions was conducted. COMMUNITY LIVING CAMP AND NSS CAMP

DAY 1 - GRAMASPARSHAM Day 1 of the NSS and Community Living Camp began with registration from 12.00 pm to 1.00 pm, followed by a lunch break from 1.00 pm to 1.35 pm. From 1.45 pm to 2.30 pm, an ice breaking session was conducted by Sri Brahmanayakam Mahadevan, Founder Chairman of Sahajeevan Special School and OJASS, Thiruvananthapuram. The session was interactive, engaging, and enjoyable, helping the volunteers feel comfortable and connected with one another. From 2.45 pm onwards, the formal inauguration ceremony and adoption of Manasa Gramam were held. The programme began with the NSS song, followed by a welcome speech delivered by NSS volunteer Unnimaya Prathap. The presidential address was delivered by Dr. Roy G., Principal, Sabarigiri B.Ed College. The camp was officially inaugurated by Dr. V. K.
